Via Website:

Simply browse our website. Click the 'trolley' icon located against  any desired item.

When you are ready to pay for your chosen items click the 'Basket' button.

Review / make any changes to your selections, then click the 'Go To Check Out' button.

Select your shipping country location, then click the 'Secure Check Out' button.

Our website will then contact our Globecharge secure server. (Note, this may take a few moments) 

Step 1 - The payment information screen will appear. This will have our company logo in the top left corner and the secure padlock symbol within the address bar. You are then invited to enter your Payment Details and Billing Address. If your Delivery Address is different from your Billing address then check the box situated at the bottom of this screen and enter your required delivery location.

Click 'Review Secure Order' whereupon a second screen will be displayed. 

Step 2 - This screen will allow you to review and / or edit any of the information previously entered. (Note, no information has been sent at this point)

Click the 'Send Order Securely' button once and your order will be sent for processing. If the details are correct and your payment is successful, you will be redirected back to our website whereupon a confirmation message will appear.

Within a few minutes you will receive an order acknowledgement email confirming that we have received your order and it will be dealt with during office hours.
